Fireclay mortar description 
The FireClay mortar manufactured by our company are fabricated from top quality raw material and processed through most advanced processing techniques.

Fireclay mortar is an unshaped fireproof material, which is a combination of powder materials and bonding agents. Fireclay mortar can adjust the tolerance of the firecaly bricks sizes and irregular shape, make the building tidy and balance the load.Fireclay mortar also builds a strong and well-knit entity to resist external forces, prevent the damage by intrusion of gas and molten liquid.
Fireclay mortar application
Fireclay mortar should has the same/equivalent chemical material with the building and bottom in order to avoid earlier damage to fireclay mortar and chemical reactions between fireclay mortar and building. Fireclay mortar should also has similar thermal expansion with the bottom and the building , so as to avoid each other detachment and coating rupture.It should has stable volume, in order to ensure the protection and the building integrity.
The air set mortar generally used on heaters, will remain soft in the bed inside of the joints for weeks if not months, making removal of brick relatively easy at any timeAll air set mortars will remain soluble in water, unless fused.

The clay mortar is pumped into the drill hole through the boring tube, adheres to drilled rock particles, and brings them to the surface. After the clay mortar is cleaned of rock particles, it is pumped back into the drill hole. In flux, clay mortar has the properties of a liquid; in rest, of a solid body.

By being filtered to a fluid state through the porous walls of the drill hole, the clay mortar forms a thin low-permeable shield that hinders the formation of gas, oil, and water flows, prevents collapse of the wall of the drill hole and jamming of the drilling pipe, turns the face motor-turbobore, cools the bit, and allows more intense drilling.

Fireclay mortar packing 
50KGS/P.P bag; 20P.P bags packed in one wooden pallet; the P.P bag must be water proof. The pallets should be covered by stretch film and bonded with plastic strips.
Fireclay mortar order quantity 
20 t as minimum order can be accepted and the capacity of production is 5000 t per month.
Fireclay mortar delivery time 
The delivery time will be within 30 days if the order quantity is less than 5000 t.
