Generally speaking, the volume density for firecaly brick for tunnel kiln is between 0.4-1.5 g/cm3, porosity is from 66% to 73%, compressive strength is 1.5-8.1 MPa and thermal conductivity rate is 0.291-0.582 W / (Mk) (350 ℃ ).
The fireclay brick for tunnel kiln is used in high temperature insulation layer of tunnel kiln that has high refractoriness and good thermal shock resistance. High quality of firecaly bricks for tunnel kiln can be used as the linings that directly contact the fire however it can not be used in the place where eroded by slag directly. Because the firecaly brick is of good stability under reduction condition it is widely used as the inner insulation layer in the tunnel kiln that protected by hydrogen or carbon monoxide atmosphere. Its working temperature is 1350~1500℃.In Chinese national standards, it is classified into seven grades such asNG-1.0, NG-0.9, 0.8 and etc according to the volume density.

Bricks are packed in carton that put on wooden pallet and then polyethylene film is placed over it, finally the package is tied up with plastic strips.10 piece in one carton, 48 carton on one pallet and 24 pallet in one 20 feet container for 230m*114mm*65mm size bricks
Firecaly brick minimum order
48 carton for standard size as minimum order is accepted and 10 containers can be supplied per month.
